What you are buying

The 30-Minute Repeat Purchase Sprint is a digital product: a set of PDF documents delivered by download link immediately after payment. Optional add-ons may include spreadsheets and additional documents.

There is no physical product. There is no subscription. It is a single payment.

Delivery

Download links are sent to the email address given at checkout and shown on the confirmation page immediately after payment.

Links remain valid for 30 days. You can request fresh links from the same email address. The files themselves are yours permanently.

Your licence

You may use these materials in your own business, and share them with people who work in your business.

You may not resell them, redistribute them publicly, upload them to file sharing services, or present them as your own work.

We retain all intellectual property in the materials, the Retention Flywheel methodology, and the associated names.

Refunds

30 days, no conditions. Reply to your receipt and we refund in full. Full detail is in the refund policy.

What we promise, and what we do not

We provide a diagnostic framework, worksheets, prompts, and templates.

We do not guarantee any business outcome. Repeat purchase rates, revenue, and customer behaviour depend on your products, market, execution, and factors outside anyone's control.

We are not your accountant, lawyer, or financial adviser. Decisions about your business, including pricing and discounting, are yours.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not use the materials for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to other buyers' downloads.

We aim to keep the site and download links available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Where a download is temporarily unavailable, contact us and we will get your files to you.

Liability and changes

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with this purchase is limited to the amount you paid.

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated date at the top of this page.
