The short version
Reply to your receipt within 30 days and we refund you in full.
You keep the files. We do not ask you to prove you tried.
How to request one
Reply to your receipt email. If you lost it, email [email protected] from the address you bought with.
Add-ons and upsells
The same 30 days applies to order bumps, the Retention Campaign Vault, and the Core Five downsell. You can refund the whole order or only the add-ons.
Why it is written this way
At $17, the cost of adjudicating conditions is higher than the cost of refunds. A policy that requires you to demonstrate effort creates arguments, and arguments create chargebacks.
If the product did not work for you, we would rather return your money quickly and hear why.
What happens next
We refund to the original payment method, usually the same day. Depending on your bank it typically appears within five to ten business days.
Your download access is removed when the refund is processed.
Your statutory rights
EU and UK buyers may have statutory rights around digital content. Our 30-day policy is offered voluntarily, is longer than the statutory period, and applies regardless. Nothing here limits rights you have under law where those rights cannot be excluded.
