What we collect

When you buy, we collect your email address, name, and order details. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.

When you start checkout but do not finish, we may collect the email address entered at step one so we can send a small number of reminders about the unfinished checkout.

When you use the site, we may collect IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referral source through cookies or similar technologies.

When you interact with our emails, we may collect delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe events.

Why we use it

We use buyer data to deliver files, send receipts, answer support requests, process refunds, keep financial records, and send relevant product updates.

Abandoned-checkout reminders and related business-to-business messages rely on legitimate interests where allowed, with opt out in every marketing message. Where local law requires consent, we ask for consent first.

Advertising and analytics cookies run only when consent is given where consent is required.

Who we share it with

We use Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Railway for hosting and storage, and analytics or advertising processors where configured and consented to.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers as a product.

Marketing sequences

If you start checkout, buy, download files, or ask for product updates, we may send follow-up emails connected to that action. These can include abandoned-checkout reminders, receipt and delivery emails, buyer activation emails, product updates, and related Retention Flywheel or Perkli offers.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing messages but does not stop necessary transactional emails such as receipts, download links, refunds, account access codes, or security notices.

Perkli

Perkli, our loyalty platform, is run by the same company. Your Retention Flywheel purchase does not create a Perkli account, and your data is not passed into the Perkli product unless you separately sign up.

Retention and rights

Order and transaction records are kept for tax and accounting. Marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe, then suppressed so we do not email you again. Abandoned-checkout data is removed if no purchase follows.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or stop certain processing of your data.

Cookies and international transfers

Essential cookies are used for checkout and session security. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional where consent is required, and rejecting them disables them.

Some processors may operate outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
